Lenny's Story

Meet Lenny Your Quiet Companion in the Making!

Lenny is a handsome grey Domestic Shorthair, almost 2 years old, with a gentle nature and so much love to give. He may be a little shy at first, but once he feels safe, he quickly shows just how affectionate he truly is. Lenny absolutely adores being petted - he could happily soak up attention for hours and will return that love in his own sweet, quiet way. Right now, his shelter space is where he feels most comfortable, but we know that with time, patience, and a calm home, Lenny will truly come out of his shell. Hes already making wonderful progress building confidence and learning that the world isnt so scary. Hes a curious little observer who enjoys watching everything around him, even if he prefers to take it all in from a cozy, safe spot. Lenny would thrive in a kind and understanding home that will give him the time he needs to adjust and feel secure. He does have some medical needs that our team would be happy to discuss with potential adopters. He may prefer to be the only cat in the home! If youre looking for a sweet, sensitive companion who will blossom into a deeply loving friend, Lenny might be the perfect match.

Lenny does have some medical needs. He has pica that is well managed with lifelong medication, and a mild neurological condition that gives him a slight wobble and head tilt while also making it harder for him to read other animals, so he will do best as the only pet. Please ask about his medical needs when applying.
