Leah's Story
Meet Leah!

Leah is a soft and gentle gray and white girl who was turned into Chicago Animal Care and Control at the end of March because her owners could no longer take care of her. She came to Heartland and we were so happy that we could help her out. She is still a little on the shy side, but she has been slowly coming around and decompressing. Leah would love nothing more than to find a loving home to call her own!

She is spayed, up-to-date on her FVRCP and Rabies vaccines, and she is FIV and FeLV negative.

Leah is currently staying at our Heartland Facility! We are open Thursday 4 pm-7 pm, Friday 4 pm-7 pm, Saturday Noon-6 pm, and Sunday Noon-6 pm. Feel free to stop by to meet her! No appointment necessary.
