Laszlo & Nandor Domestic Short Hair Mix Flint, TX

One year olds, Laszlo and Nandor were discovered a few months ago, living in a cage on someone's back porch. They had been living in that small space for their entire lives, since they were small kittens. When they came to our rescue, they went to live with an experienced foster in a home where they were shown patience, love, freedom, and the safe exposure to other cats, dogs, and animal-loving children.

These quiet boys are deeply bonded siblings and absolutely must be adopted together. Despite all that they've been through, and the psychological damage caused by their life of early incarceration caused, Laszlo and Nandor are very cuddly and affectionate cats. They can be a bit nervous, but they love being petted, they love sleeping together in a pile, and they love playing with crunchy balls, bell balls, mice and any toy that they can carry in their mouths.

Laszlo and Nandor need an easy-going human(s) who will "get" them. They scare easily and understandably do not like to be restrained, picked up or treated roughly. When people are calm and patient around them, however, they are very friendly and will crawl into your lap to purr and snuggle with happiness.

The brothers have a unique bond and are quite dependent on each other. They are gentle souls without a mean bone in either of their bodies. Neither has ever bitten or scratched. Both are super sweet and love attention when it is not forced upon them.
