I’m having a really hard time adjusting to my new circumstances, and although the volunteers are trying to convince me things will be get better, so far I’m not having much of it. My mom and dad separated, and neither could keep me and give me the attention I deserve, so one day my happy home life abruptly ended and I was dropped off here. I did sort of OK with the intake (eye, ear, nose, and throat stuff and shots), but after that I just sort of shut down. I’m really a beautiful longhaired “Maine Coonish” lady, and will make a lovely companion some day, so please have patience and check back to see my progress.

The Animal League of Green Valley does not allow declawing. The volunteers will show you how to trim claws. If you insist on having a declawed cat, please look for a cat that has been previously declawed.
