Meet Lady Bird (Spayed) (Photos 2/16/2024)
Lady Bird is a beautiful one-year old female kitty who was brought to the HSOV on February 14, 2024 after she was found in Marietta Ohio (exact location not provided).
This lovely young lady has a white short smooth coat, a long tail, and an adorable face with large golden 'slanted' eyes, a pink nose, and long white whiskers. Lady Bird has pale gray tabby markings on the top of her head and also on her tail, so she could be considered a van-patterned kitty.
The individual who found Lady Bird reported that she did not do well with dogs (and possibly does not get along other cats).
Lady Bird was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on February 14, 2024. She weighed 6.6 lbs that day. Lady Bird was given booster vaccines on February 28, 2024.
These photos of Lady Bird were taken on February 16, 2024 after she was moved to a spacious 'apartment' .. a large cat tower in the shelter of our lobby (smile).
If Lady Bird is not reclaimed, we will have her spayed in the near future and find her a fabulous home either through adoption or rescue.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
UPDATE: Lady Bird was spayed on February 20, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. She weighed 6.4 lbs that day.
