She'll happily keep you company while you watch TV or a movie - but no popcorn for her, please. <br/><br/>As affectionate as she is, Kuti is also independent enough to amuse herself by playing with her toys, or napping, while you are out. <br/><br/>She warms up to people quickly and will do well in just about any home with people who love her. But wanting to keep her out of the bedroom at night is a deal breaker.<br/><br/>Kuti is FeLV+ (positive for Feline Leukemia Virus), but don't let that keep you from considering this lovely kitty. FeLV affects a cat's immune system. It is not cancer. Kuti's infection is regressive, which means that her immune system keeps the virus in check. She is completely happy, healthy, thriving, and ready for a normal, pampered life. You might have read that FeLV+ cats have a short life expectancy, but that is not necessarily true for cats with regressive infections. A recent study from the University of Florida confirms that.
