Kira's Story

Kira is a sweet, smart, and independent girl with a soft heart and a little bit of mystery. She may take a little time to warm up, but once she feels safe and settled, her affectionate side truly shines.

Give Kira a few days to get comfortable, and you'll soon find her coming over for cheek rubs, keeping you company, and happily hanging out nearby. She loves having cozy caves and quiet spaces to retreat to when she wants some alone time, but she also enjoys being close to her people and knowing what's going on.

Kira's perfect match will be someone who understands that the best relationships take a little patience. Give her the time, space, and gentle encouragement she needs to build trust, and you'll be rewarded with a loving companion whose sweet personality is absolutely worth the wait.

Kira is in a foster home and is not available to visit at the adoption center. Please email FosterAdoptions@SeattleAreaFelineRescue.org to coordinate an adoption counseling phone call.
Thank you for choosing adoption and making a rescued kitty part of your family!
