Meet our pretty girl named Kimmy! Kimmy is about 5 years old and she is a talkative kitty! Kimmy can be picky about what she likes and definitely knows what she does not like. She is not a fan of other cats and is very uncomfortable around them. Kimmy likes to rub up against people's legs and meow affectionately. She uses the litter box without any problems and is a clean girl. She is a bit overweight, but she doesn't let this slow her down. She is a curious girl who likes to explore. Kimmy is looking for a patient owner that will give her time to adjust to her new home. She wants to be queen of the castle! At this time, we are looking for a home without children for Kimmy. Kimmy actually seems to be okay with calm, cat savvy dogs and we don't think she would mind sharing her home with one. She is spayed and vaccinated against rabies.

MAC IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK (M-F 8-4pm) (Sat-Sun 10-4pm) Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal. Appts to meet cats can made to suit your schedule, please email/call for an appt. We do prefer to be contacted by email for adoption inquiries at Adopt@savingpawsct.org. You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.

An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.

ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
