Despite his rough start, Kelp has embraced indoor living with open paws. His vibrant orange fur tells a "tail" of survival, and his heart, once wary, now yearns for a forever home filled with warmth and love.
We decided to keep Kelp close to our hearts, recognizing the potential he had for a brighter future. Now, we are on a mission to find him the perfect home.
