Meet KATYA (Spayed!)

Five and one half year old old KATYA was surrendered at the end of April 2023. Her timing was perfect. Once again, HART, the local cat rescue group that assists the shelter, was able to sponsor a spay surgery and rabies vaccine for KATYA on May 2. That means that this sweet “talker” can go home the same day she is adopted. Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking an adult size cat carrier with you to the appointment in case you do decide to adopt KATYA. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
