Katara's Story

🌊 Katara 🌊

Katara is the gentle soul of the litter - soft-spoken, sweet, and endlessly affectionate. With her adorable, pink button nose, cute white face, and warm brown coat, she's as beautiful as she is kind-hearted. She loves to play just as much as she loves to cuddle. Pick her up and she will purr and fall right asleep on your lap. Katara is a natural nurturer and would make a wonderful addition to a home full of love.

Location: in foster

Medical: All cats are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines (rabies and distemper), microchipped, given flea/tick prevention and dewormer, FIV/FeLV tested, and any other veterinary care that is needed prior to adoption.

If you are interested in adopting, fill out an application online at www.figandfriendspetrescue.org/adopt

Fig and Friends Pet Rescue's Adoption Policy
~We do not adopt to homes with animals who are not spayed or neutered unless there is a valid reason such as vet recommendation. ~We do check references including landlord if you rent and your vet both past and present. ~We do not adopt to homes that plan on declawing the cat we have adopted out to you or that plan on letting a cat outside (unless on a leash and harness under owner's continued observation). ~If we see something on your application that we are concerned about, we will always try and have a conversation with you to find out the why. We understand you might have declawed a cat in the past or had to rehome an animal. It can happen to anyone. We like to dig deeper and won't deny someone just based on surface information.
