Meet Julian!

At 11 months old (2/1/24) Julian has been making his foster family giggle with his antics since August 8. When he arrived along with his sister and brother, he was very scared of humans and was what the vet called "feral-ish. However, from the start, Julian has been the most curious of the three kittens and was the first to welcome human interactions. Over the past months his foster family has worked with him daily to become familiar with human sounds, sights, and smells. His progress has been exciting. He now wants to be near his foster family whenever he can, climbing on their laps, curling up, and snuggling. When he's not basking on a comfortable lap, he loves to race around, chase and wrestle with his cat siblings, and attack any moving toy he can get his paws on.

Julian is a healthy cat who loves to play. He is not mean or aggressive, just a little on the shy and uncertain side with strangers. Julian is very food motivated and loves both wet and dry food. He loads well into his kitty carrier (dark, cozy spaces are the best!!).

Julian is a handsome brown tabby with light brown highlights and a cute brown nose. He would be happiest in a home with doting humans who can spend time playing with him and cuddling. His foster family has older children (ages 12 and 9), and while he is somewhat hesitant and may hide at loud noises, he has not shown any negative behaviors toward kids. He loves toys and wrestling and chasing things. He needs a household that is willing to take the time to love on him (treats work wonders!) and earn his trust. Could that home be yours?

Underdog Pet Rescue of Wisconsin, Inc. cats are up to date on the following medical treatments before adoption:
Spay or Neuter
Rabies and distemper up to date (as age appropriate-kitten adopters may need to provide their adopted pets with rabies vaccine and distemper boosters if adopted before 14 weeks)
FeLV/FIV test (FeLV only for kittens under six months)
Microchip

Our adult cat adoption fee is $75. It is $100 for two adults. Our kitten adoption fee (under 5 mo) is $150. If two kittens are adopted at the same time, our adoption fee is $225 for the pair. If an adult cat is adopted with a kitten, our adoption fee is $175.
