Jay is perfection. No, really. From the moment we met him, we couldn’t find anything to criticize in him. He was just hanging out in a room at another shelter, flirting it up with staff, when he came here he let us put a bow tie on him and he looked even cuter than before. He’s good natured and friendly, he’s beautiful and kind, he’s everything you could ever want in a cat!
