Javier came from one of the colonies that Columbus Dog Connection feeds. We believe he was very recently dumped there as he clearly was someone's pet.
Javier is energetic, uber-friendly, super loving, and a gorgeous young boy with beautiful eyes!
Javier doesn't understand or care about your personal space--where you are, he is. If you want a cat that loves you as much as you love him, Javier is the cat you've always needed.
Friendly with other cats, untested with dogs. He is about 3 years old.
