I'm a domestic short haired black & white cow kitty, spayed female, up to date on my shots, around 2 years old and available for adoption to be an indoor ONLY cat from Griffith Animal Control/Treasured Friends Rescue in NWI

Hi! I was a mama to FIVE kittens! After my kittens were old enough to eat on their own, I thought I could be a kitten myself again but two day orphan kittens came to the shelter so how could I not be a mama to them too! Now all SEVEN of my kittens have found homes so now it's my turn! It's cat nip o' clock time for this mama! I have lots of energy and I love to play! I love pets too! I'm also so grateful that someone helped me and my kittens and brought us to the shelter! I could raise my kittens and didn't have to worry about where my next meal for myself or my kittens would come from. I didn't have to worry about finding a safe place to sleep or having more and more kittens. I'm soooo lucky someone helped me and my kittens get off the streets to live the good life and I'm beyond thankful and happy now!
So, about me ...I'm a cute, petite cow (because I'm black & white spotted) kitty and a happy- go- lucky sweet girl! I REALLY want my own home and someone (or a family) to love me. I'm not a kitten, but I'm playful and I have lots of love to give! and I want to catch up on all the play time I missed out on because I've been raising kittens

I'm still at the shelter, so please come by to see me! I like other kitties and to play, so a home with another kitty (with the proper introduction) would be great! However, probably NO dogs. I'm a sweet kitty, so small kids are probably okay too.

Griffith Animal Control, in partnership with Treasured Friends Animal Rescue believes in giving kitties that others wouldn't normally get a chance at getting a forever home, a chance! Our fosters & volunteers work with shy and/or unsocialized kitties everyday to get them used to being pet and to show them no one will hurt them. However, when they go to a new home, some kitties will require extra time to get used to new surroundings and different people. Please consider giving a kittie who might need a little time to get used to a new home, a chance. This is a serious commitment and it sets the kitties back in their level of trust if they are given up after a few weeks or months.
