Jack's Story

Jack was surrendered with Snickers (also available for adoption) to the San Diego Humane Society by their owner. He is 12 years old and weighs 13 lbs.
Jack is a sweet, affectionate boy who enjoys playing with toys. As you can see in the video, he adorably digs for toys from the basket and pulls them out one by one!

Jack and Snickers went on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we could learn more about them in a home setting. Their foster mom had only positive things to report!

"Jack and Snickers are SUCH sweet and affectionate kitties! There's been tons of purring, head bonks, and biscuit making. They have the perfect temperaments: gentle, patient, and non-confrontational. Jack even let me cut his nails! Both he and Snickers love to be pet. There was no part of their bodies that they did not want petted.

Jack likes scratching pads, playing with toys, interacting with people, climbing shelves and windows watching. He also loved following me around and checking out whatever I was doing. He was like my shadow. During the day, he mostly napped or checked on me. At nighttime he was very active! Playing chase, playing with toys, getting zoomies, and exploring. He liked to sit with me and purr.

Snickers loved the scratching mat. During the day, she likes a cozy spot to nap. At night. she is very active, too! She plays with toys and gets the zoomies. She loved watching TV with me. She would sit next to me on the couch and purr. Both she and Jack know their names, and he knows his very well. They love mealtime, and both faithfully used the litter boxes.

Jack and Snickers are absolute gems! Anyone would be honored to have them in their home. They are gentle, loving, and kind. They can be shy on-site, but just give them a chance, and they will shine bright."

Jack and Snickers currently live in a Foster home while they wait for their forever family. They are again earning rave reviews, with their foster mom sharing, "Jack and Snickers are fitting right in. They're very happy cats, and we are having the greatest foster experience thus far. They are the perfect cats in every way!"

To meet Jack and Snickers, please email:
placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org
