Meet Indy - Pending Adoption
Indy is a (young at heart) 9-year-old, playful cat looking for his forever home!
Indy is a lounger and a snuggler. He loves to cuddle in bed, and he’ll even beg to be held by standing up and put his paws on your legs. He is also VERY vocal and meows all day! It’s very cute and they’re generally happy meows.
Indy likes to go for walks on a harness in grassy areas. He likes to sniff around and then flop onto the ground dramatically and lounge in the sun for a bit before exploring some more. Indy’s #1 favorite thing is rubbing his face on 5 o’clock shadow- he can’t get enough of the scratchy texture (weird but true).
Indy is pretty laid back but likes playing with a feather and stick or interactive, battery-operated toys like wiggly mice. He loves toys that have treats inside. Indy eats 3 meals a day around 6:30 am, 4:30 pm, and 8 pm. He lives in a house with two humans and two other cats. One of the cats is too rough for Indy, and the other cat doesn’t like to play/isn't interested in them.
His ideal home would have one person with a beard that is shaved regularly!! Other than that, he probably needs a home that has another animal or a human who is home most of the time to pay attention to him. And someone who will always let him snuggle with them at night. Indy seems to enjoy other cats but we don’t know anything about how we would interact with dogs or kids.
