With just a bit of patience and kindness, Cane quickly blossoms into the sweetest lap cat.<br/><br/>He has a wonderfully loud, rumbly purr - a true little purring machine - and loves curling up with his people. At night, he's happiest sleeping on the bed, tucked close to someone he trusts.<br/><br/>Cane can be a solo cat or join a multi-cat home, though he does seem to prefer humans over feline company and can be a bit standoffish with other cats. Despite his age, he's got great energy: he plays with catnip toys on his own and will sometimes join in for wand-toy playtime too.
