He has discovered that being loved is pretty wonderful, and he intends to make up for lost time by sharing that love with everyone he meets. Hugo is a velcro kitty. He LOVES being right next to his people, or preferably on your lap, chest, anything! He loves to rub his face on you and will soak up any bit of attention and reward you with his rumbling tiger purrs. Hugo is also known as the Biscuit King.
