Hugo's Story

Meet Hugo! A Professional Lap Cat, Accomplished Biscuit Maker, and Survivor Extraordinaire.
If you ever wished for a cat who genuinely adores people and has a true love for life, Hugo is ready to make your dreams come true.
Hugo is a handsome long-haired brown tabby boy. He is a classic tabby, meaning he has these bold swirly makings instead of the traditional tabby stripes. He has a big round hunky head and a charming little crooked smile. He is around 7 years old.

Hugo knows what it means to struggle, which may be why he appreciates life so much. He has discovered that being loved is pretty wonderful, and he intends to make up for lost time by sharing that love with everyone he meets. Hugo is a velcro kitty. He LOVES being right next to his people, or preferably on your lap, chest, anything! He loves to rub his face on you and will soak up any bit of attention and reward you with his rumbling tiger purrs. Hugo is also known as the Biscuit King. Whether he's standing, lounging, or even half asleep, chances are his big paws are hard at work kneading away. He likes to be picked up, held, and kissed too!
We have especially loved watching Hugo rediscover his inner kitten. He has a huge playful side to him that is just bursting out. He LOVES chasing spring toys, pouncing and stalking his toys, wrestling his catnip kickers, chasing after feather wands, and doing his very adorable bunny hops across the room! He is guaranteed to make you smile every single day.

Hugo is FIV-positive, which is no big deal! He is not sick and can live a long happy life. If you are new to FIV, we would love to give you some more information about it.
Please apply for this boy, all he needs now is a family to share all of his happiness with.

**If you are browsing via the PetFinder App, please use the web version to see Hugo's adorable video!**
