Heather is an extraordinary mama who has spent much of her life caring for others-not only raising kittens of her own, but lovingly stepping in to raise multiple litters of orphaned babies who needed a mother. After giving so much of herself to so many little ones, it's finally Heather's turn to be loved and cared for. <br/><br/>Heather is a loyal, independent girl who forms a special bond with the people she trusts. She enjoys affection, but she also values her personal space and likes to decide when it's time for pets-and she'll happily let you know when she's ready for some love! She would be a wonderful match for someone who appreciates a cat with an independent spirit and will respect her boundaries.<br/><br/>Heather would do best in a calm, adult home without children or dogs.
