Hazel Snowshoe & Domestic Short Hair Mix Port Chester, NY

Meet Hazel- a wonderful and stunning snowshoe Siamese mix who loves humans so much she wants nothing more than to be by your side! Hazel had a rough life before a kind person opened her door and saw Hazel outside her steps begging for help! This wonderful woman gave her all the tlc she needs, we had her spayed, microchipped, snap tested (negative) and fully vaccinated.
A few months into fostering the woman noticed Hazel losing weight. We took her into the vet where she was diagnosed with diabetes. She’s quite the young cat (estimated around 4 years old) so it was quite the shock! Foster mom learned quickly how to administer her insulin, and Hazel had improved dramatically after just a few months! A recent vet visit showed her sugar levels stabilized and she gained two pounds! We feel Hazel is ready to find her forever home now that will love her for everything she is, she’s truly a gem who just needs a little extra love and care!
She has also been around other sweet cats and seemed to get along fine but would also be happy to have just adoring humans!
