Harvey is a silly little kitten. He loves to play! He most definitely needs a home with another young playmate. Harvey spent his first couple of months on the street and he is learning to enjoy being pet and has recently turned on his purr when enjoying some pets down his back. We feel that he will become a loving cat in time.
