Our Mission
In a perfect world, community cats wouldn’t exist and all cats would have safe and loving indoor homes. Until then, we will aid and empower Hamiltonians to provide care to homeless community cats. This is done by supporting vital spay/neuter, building warm shelters to help them survive harsh winters and by socializing cats so they can be adopted into indoor homes.
Adoption Policy
First, potential adopters express interest in a cat. Then, I send them an adoption application. I would read over the application and then call the adopter. If the conversation goes well, I would check vet and personal references and ask for a virtual home tour. Then, the adopter would come to meet the cat/s and go home. Finally, both parties would decide to go forward with the adoption and a date would be set for the adoption,
