Meet Harley
1 year old Harley looks like she is scared and mean at first but she is a total lover. She is just nervous with all of the activity in the shelter. The minute you start petting her head, she is all in. She loves full body pets, chin rubs, and ear scritches. She will come down from the top of her tower if you pet her a few times and then wait a second. She is a little jumpy but warms up quickly.
