Hannah Domestic Short Hair Vine Grove, KY

Heidi and her sister Hannah were trapped in a cat colony during a trap-neuter-return (TNR) project. They were very scared and not very trusting of people, but their rescuer saw something in them that gave her hope that they would be sweet and wonderful pets. Now they are in their second foster home, showing them that different people can all be loving and kind. They hide a lot at first and even hissed a bit, but quickly learned that yummy food, treats and fun toys were all part of the deal... Not to mention an awesome window to watch all the birds and squirrels from!

These two now run (and are often waiting at the door) to their foster mom when it's time to scoop litter, feed wet food, play or just hang out with them. They seem to be okay with other kitties, they may hiss at first, but tend to relax over time. They have not had the opportunity to meet a dog yet, but we are working on that at their pace.

Hannah is definitely the ring leader in this pair, but still relies on her sister Heidi for support and backup! She is super playful and cannot resist a wand toy! She loves her wet food and now comes for pets and purrs with her foster mom! Although more outgoing, Hannah would still love to share her forever home with her sister Heidi. She knows Heidi needs her and she needs Heidi, just as much. These two will not disappoint, they are fun, loving and sweet if someone is willing to give them the time, patience and love they need to feel comfortable and come out of their shells!
