Gypsy C10967's Story
Meet Gypsy, a stunning, sensitive boy with a gentle soul and a sweet, playful personality that shines once he feels comfortable. He's bonded with his sister, LouLou, and this adorable pair is looking for a home together.

Gypsy is a thoughtful guy who likes to take in his surroundings and get to know his people before fully letting his guard down. He wants to be the one to approach-and when he does, it's worth the wait. These days, he'll come over for head butts, gentle belly rubs, ear and neck scratches, and brushing sessions. Once the pets hit just right, he melts like butter.

He also has a wonderfully playful side. Feather toys bring out his inner stealth assassin, strings are impossible to resist, and treats require absolutely no convincing. When he's ready to relax, you'll often find him at the window peacefully keeping tabs on the neighborhood birds. And if you really want his attention, try softly calling him "Honey" or "Gypsy Boy"-his ears just might perk right up.

Gypsy can still be startled by loud noises or quick movements, so he'll need a little time and patience to feel comfortable in a new home. He's never shown aggression; he simply appreciates people who let him set the pace and respect when he needs space.

Gypsy currently takes a small dose of gabapentin once daily to help with anxiety. It has helped him feel much more comfortable, and it may not be a permanent need.

He's incredibly sweet with LouLou and even enjoys grooming her. He has also peacefully shared his foster home with a resident cat and dog.

Gypsy would thrive in a calm, predictable home with someone who appreciates a sensitive cat and understands that building trust is part of the relationship. Older, gentle kids who respect his boundaries could be a good fit, while a busy or noisy household would likely be too much.

If you're looking for a sweet, playful companion whose affection feels extra special because he chooses to give it on his own terms, Gypsy-and his sister LouLou-may be your perfect pair.
