Greta's Story

Meet Greta!

Female I 2 months I UTD Vaccines I Dewormed I Spayed I Microchipped I FeLV/FIV Negative

This playful little tabby has a big personality and an even bigger zest for life! Greta came into rescue at just two weeks old after she and her sister, Genevieve, were placed on a euthanasia list at a local shelter as they were too young to survive overnight. Thankfully, our rescue was able to get them to safety and they've been thriving ever since.

Greta is a very outgoing, adventurous kitten who loves to play, climb, and explore. She was the first kitten to scale the cat tree and start plotting her next great adventure beyond the foster room. Greta is confident, curious, and always ready to discover something new.

Greta has an independent spirit, but don't let that fool you, she's incredibly sweet and loves snuggling up after a good play session. She's never met a toy (or a bowl of food) she didn't love, and her adorable little worried expression just adds to her charm, because despite that look, she truly isn't worried about a thing!

Greta would do best in a home with a feline companion to match her playful energy and keep her entertained. If you're looking for a fun, confident, and affectionate kitten to brighten your home, Greta is ready to meet you!
Greta is scheduled to be spayed on June 30 and will be ready to go home shortly after.

Interested in Adopting?

Scroll down and click "Visit Our Profile Page" our application is under our Adoption Policies Section. Inked Kitten Club's Adoption Policy
Thank you for your interest in adopting an Inked Kitten. Please complete our adoption application in full. We do not evaluate inquiries. As a foster based organization, we require a fully completed application in order to set up kitten meet and greets. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. Our priority is finding the best match for each cat or kitten. Because kittens tend to adjust better with a buddy, applicants interested in adopting a pair are generally given higher priority to help prevent Single Kitten Syndrome (SKS). What is Single Kitten Syndrome? Single Kitten Syndrome occurs when young kittens are adopted alone. Without a feline playmate, they may develop behavioral issues such as: Aggression or anxiety | Inappropriate chewing or scratching | Litter box avoidance | Difficulty adjusting to new pets or children later in life. While not all single kittens experience these challenges, it’s a common reason cats are rehomed late. The best way to prevent SKS is to adopt kittens in pairs or ensure there’s already a playful, compatible cat in the home.
