Meet Grammy!<br/><br/>Don’t let her grumpy exterior fool you– Grammy’s all heart. Though she was slow to warm at first, Grammy has become a sweet and gentle presence in our cat colony rooms. She loves to cozy up in a fluffy bed or a sunbeam and receive attention from visitors. Her best feature has to be her face– squishy, grumpy, and maybe a little reminiscent of a bulldog.<br/><br/>Grammy loves other cats and older kids, but we’re not sure yet how she feels about dogs. She’s spayed and medically up-to-date, meaning she’s all set for her next chapter. <br/><br/>If you want a fuzzy friend who’s all quiet purrs and coziness, Grammy’s your perfect match.<br/><br/>Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!<br/>DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!! <br/><br/>Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.<br/><br/>Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
