Gatsby's Story
Meet Gatsby!

Male I 2 months I UTD Vaccines I Dewormed I Neutered I Microchipped I FeLV/FIV Negative

Gatsby is an adorable tuxedo boy with quite a story, he into rescue as a tiny one-week-old kitten after being found alone by a family dog. His finder waited all day for his mom to return, but when she didn't, Gatsby was brought to safety and has been thriving ever since.

Gatsby is your classic outgoing, high-energy kitten! He is endlessly curious, playful, and always wants to be part of whatever you're doing. He's what we lovingly call a stage 12 clinger. If you sit down, expect Gatsby to be right there, constantly scooting closer to get as snug as possible.

Gatsby absolutely loves other cats and quickly became best friends with his foster buddies Genevieve and Greta once quarantine was complete. Because of his playful energy and social nature, he must have a feline companion in his new home to wrestle, chase, and burn off all that kitten energy.

After playtime is over, Gatsby's favorite place is curled up with his person, soaking up attention and affection. If you're looking for a fun, affectionate, and social kitten to add joy (and a little mischief) to your home, Gatsby might be your perfect match.

Gatsby is scheduled for his neuter surgery on June 30 and will be ready to go home shortly after.

Interested in Adopting?

Scroll down and click "Visit Our Profile Page" our application is under our Adoption Policies Section. Please complete the adoption application in full. PF Inquiries and Matches are not evaluated.

We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. Our priority is finding the best match for each cat or kitten. Applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens are typically given higher priority. Due to concerns about Single Kitten Syndrome (SKS), young kittens are not eligible for solo adoption unless there is already a young kitty of similar energy in the home.

What is Single Kitten Syndrome?

Single Kitten Syndrome occurs when young kittens are adopted alone. Without a feline playmate, they may develop behavioral issues such as:

Aggression or anxiety
Inappropriate chewing or scratching
Litter box avoidance
Difficulty adjusting to new pets or children later in life

While not all single kittens experience these challenges, its a common reason cats are rehomed later. The best way to prevent SKS is to adopt kittens in pairs or ensure there's already a playful, compatible cat in the home.
