Meet Fatima

This is sweet Fatima named because her rescuer called her “Fatty.” There is nothing fat about her so I changed her name to Fatima. She was born on or about St. Patrick's Day so should’ve been called Patty! She was going to be adopted by a family with kids but they decided against bringing her into their family as they were expecting a baby and not everyone was on board with adopting a kitty!

She is a beauty and full of zest for life. She has beautiful markings on her sides and a darling face. When she first came to my house, she was WILD and ran around like she was crazy, but she has settled into a nice routine. She does love to play with the other foster kitties too. She has the funniest antics and will play with a simple piece of lint. She can be very affectionate also loving to snuggle on my lap. She will immediately start her motor when she climbs up on me. She’s a good eater but is very lean as she is nonstop playing. She would benefit from another playful kitty in the home or a gentle dog. I have 2 dogs and she does okay with them.

If you plan on declawing her, please do not contact me. I think declawing is inhumane and she is very good with her claws. I have a cardboard scratcher at her disposal at all times. She makes me laugh multiple times per day. She would be a valuable addition to a family who would treat her like the beauty that she is.

Her adoption fee is $250.00. She is completely vetted. I have had her in my home since May 11. I took my time in getting her spayed because she was such a pleasure to have around but now is her time to find a family of her own. I get tears in my eyes when I think about her leaving me. She’s definitely a treasure and so fun to have around. Please contact me, Deb Michels, by calling or texting me at 612-964-7945.
