My body is a little barrel-shaped, my legs are a little short, and if the staff tells you I don't stay still for photos, they're telling the truth. I'm usually too busy exploring, playing with my toys, or checking out what's going on around me.<br/><br/>I've been waiting at the shelter since May 14 after my owner surrendered me, and so far I've had absolutely no interest. I think that's because my perfect person just hasn't found me yet.<br/><br/>I'm an independent girl, and I like affection on my own terms. I'm not the cat who's going to ask to be carried around, and that's okay. I know there are people out there who appreciate a cat with confidence and personality.<br/><br/>I love exploring, batting toys around, and checking out everything that's going on. After I've satisfied my curiosity, I'm happy to find a comfy spot and relax. I'm good with other cats, I'm litterbox trained, and I have plenty of goofy moments that keep everyone smiling.<br/><br/>I know I'm not for everyone, but I don't have to be. I'm looking for my person, someone who understands that the best relationships are built on mutual respect and who will love me exactly the way I am.<br/><br/>If that sounds like you, I can't wait to meet you.
