Echo's Story
Echo is a beautiful long-hair male cat, about 2 to 3 years old, with an interesting story. Echo was a homeless cat that tried to stay warm and dry by using the crawl space under an apartment building. That is until the maintenance man boarded up his access, with him stuck inside. According to the tenant, she heard him meowing for about two weeks but couldn't find anyone to assist her in getting him released. On Christmas Eve, a volunteer from Columbus Dog Connection saw a Facebook post about Echo's predicament and was quickly able to free him. Echo was very hungry but otherwise seemed to be healthy. <br/><br/>After discussing with the tenant, it was determined that Echo was an unowned cat, so he was taken into foster care that day. <br/><br/>Echo is very affectionate and loves his belly rubs.
