Meet Dozer
Dozer is a sweet, playful 2-year-old guy who is ready for his forever home. Is it
with you? This soft grey-striped tabby with distinguished white markings loves to
be a part of the action in any room he’s in. You’ll hear him sharing his opinions
from his perch on a cat tree, up on the fridge, or next to you on the couch.
A fan of sunbathing, birdwatching, climbing, and naps, Dozer is an active,
affectionate guy who appreciates pets and a gentle belly rub. Although he doesn’t initiate lap time himself, if you put him there, he’ll gladly settle in for some quality pets.
Playtime is serious business for Dozer; he needs to get those zoomies out! He’ll
wait for you to drag around a string toy so he can pounce, or toss some catnip
toys that he can chase. He especially loves a good kicker toy, and has the bunny-
kick skills to prove it.
Dozer would do very well in an active home where he can receive
attention and stimulation. He would enjoy another feline companion, as long as
they were playful and would not bully him, and would be happy to have some
older children/teenagers to hang out with too.
Besides his high standards for quality playtime, Dozer’s only other living-space
requirement is that his bathroom area pass the Hotel Ritz white-glove test. He
needs two very tidy litter boxes that are cleaned frequently. Dozer has feline idiopathic cystitis and will need to be on the c/d food for the remainder of his life in order to keep his urine levels balanced.
Other than that, his lovely boy seeks only that you love and care for him as much
as he’ll love and appreciate you!
