Landlord approval is required for renters, and we verify that existing pets are up to date on core vaccinations and sterilization unless medically exempt. We prioritize best-match placements over first-come, first-served. Meet-and-greets are required for dogs and recommended for all household members and resident dogs. Some animals may require fenced yards, experienced handlers, or specific home environments based on behavior or medical needs.
