Crash Out's Story
Meet Crash Out, a domestic short-haired gray tabby with white who lives life a little like a system overload. At just 4 months old and 3 pounds, he’s still a tiny guy figuring out the world around him. New situations can feel overwhelming, and when things get to be too much, he tends to crash out and retreat to a quiet, safe spot.

Crash Out needs a calm, low-stimulation environment where he can decompress and build confidence at his own pace. With patience, gentle handling, and time to reset, he’ll start to relax and show his softer side—learning that it’s okay to power down and feel safe.

He’s neutered and up to date on his vaccinations, so he’s ready for a home that understands that even the sweetest systems just need a little time to reboot.

Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!!

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
