Meet CooCoo
CooCoo is a fun loving 4 year old girl who often stares into the distance with dreams of fuzzy mice dancing by her toes. She lives in her own little world, loves to gaze out the windows and especially loves it when her people come home. She would often stare at them lovingly for hours. She has some minor undiagnosed neurological twitches that just add to her uniqueness and quirky personality. She is looking for an adult only house, but didn't seem bothered by the cats and dogs in her foster home. She would likely adapt to a home with other pets.
