Coco's Story

Coco is a 5 year old beauty. This lady spends the day napping and isn't shy about letting you know she's ready for here TikiCat wet food. Coco loves a chin rub but make sure you respect and listen to her boundaries. The other kitties in rescue are helping Coco acclimate to her new reality but she's still not sure what she thinks of them. As long as they keep a few feet distance she's fine, but if they get too close, she will let out a very low rumble. I've also introduced Coco to my well-behaved dog, which Coco is also fine with, as long as the pup respects her space. She may look grumpy in her photos but that's just her sweet little persian face. She's a good girl who would love a home with pretty kitty experience. Coco will need regular brushing to keep her glamorous coat covergirl ready. Coco is fully vetted and ready for her forever home!

Foster Kitten Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

Please note we do not do meet and greets. We are a small organization completely run by volunteers and raise all the kittens in our homes. Kitten care is very time consuming. We have found meet and greets eat up a lot of time, and cut into our kitten care. Rest assured there is no one who wants our kittens to end up in the very best forever homes more than the members of this rescue. We spend a lot of time reviewing applications and working to match families with their perfect match. Our preference is to adopt young kittens in pairs, or to homes with another young cat. There are instances where some kittens may do well as single kittens, but we don't find this to be the norm. Important to note that kittens remain adoptable until their adoption fee is paid. We understand some folks are not comfortable with this policy, but unfortunately our honesty policy was broken (twice!) and therefore we had to make this change.

From our homes to yours. We are a 501c3 focused on providing a safe place for kittens in need. As a small foster based group, kittens are raised by one of us, in our homes. We pour love into these babes and work to give them the support they need to grow into happy, healthy cats.
