Clarissa

Clarissa is about 10 years old and came to us after her owner could no longer live independently. She is very spry and curious; she has a kitten-like nature with her desire to explore. Clarissa was recently crowned office cat and spends her time sprawled out on the front desk and peeking at the birds through the windows.<br/><br/>Our fluffy girl loves to paw at wand toys, especially her favorite worm on a string. She gets the occasional zoomies while she plays, and after her big bout of energy, she curls up in her favorite round bed and receives endless pets from our volunteers.<br/><br/>Clarissa is very people-oriented and has shown us that she prefers to be the only kitty in a home. If you adore special needs seniors who will liven up your household, our gray and white friend may be the one for you.<br/><br/>Stop by to fill out an adoption application and spend as much time as you like with our cats. Please call your veterinarian to permit them to speak with us for our vet check. If you rent, bring proof (lease/contract) that you are allowed to have a cat.<br/> <br/>Our adoption fee is $50 for cats. This includes spay/neuter if five months or older, age-appropriate vaccines, FIV/FeLV testing, deworming, and flea/tick prevention.
