Meet Charleston! <br/><br/>First things first: please forgive Charleston for his school-picture-style photo. <br/><br/>We promise this handsome boy is MUCH cuter in person!<br/><br/>Charleston is a 1-year-old cream-colored guy who recently arrived at Homeward Bound with several other cats after they were found in a truly frightening situation.<br/><br/>These cats were in danger of being sealed up inside an air duct beneath a mobile home. Thankfully, someone intervened and got them to safety, and they arrived at Homeward Bound together-literally brought in a box and given a chance at a much better life. <br/><br/>Charleston hasn't been with us very long, so we're still getting to know this handsome fellow. He's understandably a little introverted while he adjusts to all the changes, but we're already seeing some very promising things.<br/><br/>He's:<br/><br/> Good with other cats<br/> Playful<br/> Litter box trained<br/> A little introverted while he gets comfortable<br/><br/>And that means there's still plenty to discover about Charleston!<br/><br/>We're giving him time to settle in, figure out that he's safe and show us the personality that's hiding behind that slightly bewildered "Can I get another take?" school photo. <br/><br/>What we DO know is that this handsome boy has already made it through a pretty scary start.<br/><br/>Now he just needs someone to help him discover how good life can be. <br/><br/>Come meet Charleston at Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions-and trust us, the real-life version is WAY better than the yearbook photo.
