Cedarwood (orange boy), Cherrywood (short hair girl), Rosewood (long hair girl)

These kittens came from a very sad situation. They were born to a stray at a property where there are many strays and many newborn kittens strewn throughout the property. These strays were all underweight and suffering from upper respiratory infections and parasites.

All of the cats and kittens, which included Cedarwood, Rosewood, and Cherrywood, rescued from this situation were infested with fleas and lice. Their treatment was over a period of about 8 weeks, and it included a complete shaving. After they were shaved, you could not only see how underweight they were but also how irritated and bruised their skin was from the lice bites. We are happy to report that they are now clean and healthy. The Dept of Health has been to this home due to the bad conditions, but the yard has not been cleaned up and unfortunately there are still many strays congregating and breeding.

Here is how their foster mom describes them:

Rosewood - Small but mighty. She is in the middle of all wrestling matches. Enjoys being chased around by the older cats, no fear. She will start purring as soon as you approach her. She wants your loving.

Cherrywood - She is serious about her playtime, but just as serious about her nap time. When she is done playing, she finds a secluded spot to sleep without her siblings, usually in the sink.

Cedarwood - He is always going. Always wants your attention and he will make it known. He likes to be the center of all activities and in everyone else's business. Loves to be held.

As of Sept 7th, these kittens are about 20 weeks old.

If interested, please email Mirna at Mirnabowman.cdc@gmail.com
614-471-9000
Must be 24 or older.
Adoptions to Central Ohio homes only.
All dogs and cats in the home must be spayed/neutered.
Adoption Fee $100.00 per kitten
