Casey's Story

Meet Casey!

Casey is a gentle senior lady who is looking for a soft place to land for her retirement. She came into our care when she was having a hard time adjusting to a new home, and was also in need of medical treatment. Now she is feeling better and ready to find her new home. We are eager to share more about her personality and also what to expect for her medical needs going forward, if you're interested in bringing her into your family.

Her previous owner described her as a cuddly lap cat, and we have seen that same sensitive, sweet cat while in our care. She will be ready to find the nice sunny spots for her daily routine of cat naps, eager to share space on the couch while watching television, and be happy for daily playtime involving soft toys and catnip! She's a very special girl who really deserves all the love in the world and she will give it right back!

She will thrive in a home that provides opportunities for her to exhibit healthy cat behavior, such as playing, climbing and scratching. Even senior cats need these essential things to keep them happy and healthy! Please come in to HSCC to learn more about her and her medical needs.

Cats: Casey has previously lived with other cats, but may prefer to be the only cat in a new home.
Dogs: Casey has no experience living with dogs
Children: Casey has previously displayed stress behaviors related to living with children and is looking for an adults only home, or a home with respectful, quiet older children

Visit our Adoption Center to meet your potential new best friend!
