Carlo's Story

Meet Carlo, a tiny, fluffy bundle of sweetness with soulful eyes and a heart that’s just beginning to trust the world. Carlo is about 3 months old and was found living alone under an elderly woman’s backyard shed. Though his start in life was lonely and uncertain, he’s safe now and ready to take his next step toward finding a home of his own.

Carlo appears to have some Siberian heritage (at least that's what AI told us), which shows in his soft, medium-long fur and his gentle temperament. He’s a kind and sensitive little guy, never bites or scratches, but he’s still learning that people can be trusted. He’s shy and cautious around new faces, and even his current caregivers, who adore him, are earning his trust slowly with time and patience. He loves to play with toys and has a healthy appetite, so we feel certain that playtime and feedings are the way to his heart.

Because our volunteers’ time is limited, we’d love to see Carlo go into a foster-to-adopt home, where he can receive the consistent love, care, and attention he needs to blossom. In the right environment, quiet, gentle, and filled with patience, Carlo will thrive and show his affectionate, curious side.

Carlo has been examined by a vet, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas, and will be neutered and microchipped prior to adoption.

If you’re the kind of person who finds joy in helping a timid kitten learn to feel safe and loved, Carlo might just be your perfect match. Watching him come out of his shell will be one of the most rewarding experiences you can imagine.

Apply: https://form.jotform.com/240778209099165

Ask us about our foster-to-adopt program.
