Bruno's Story

Introducing the adorable, robust, 5 month old Bruno! Bruno is a big boned orange tabby with super soft long hair. He is a big eater and will be a big boy! Bruno loves people and is very sociable.

Bruno loves to play and rough house with his siblings but when he wants attention he will be right there in your face to receive it. He loves to be pet but occasionally does not like his head pet and may get a little rough housy with you which is something we are working on. He also really loves to watch cat TV. He does not like carriers but does way better in soft shell carriers. Otherwise he'll hurt his nose on the bars trying to get out.

Bruno would love to go to a home with one of his siblings (Mariah, Shania or Celine). He is very interested in the small old resident dog so he would do just fine with a dog. He would also do well with older more cat-familiar children since he can get a little bitey at times. If you are looking for a goofy, lovable chonker of a kitten, Bruno will love you, just the way you are!

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with their initial age-appropriate vaccinations. Kittens have an adoption fee of $200 each or $300 for a bonded pair. Kittens must be adopted in pairs unless there is another young, energetic cat in the home. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.

The potential adopter usually hears back from a volunteer within 1-2 weeks. The case manager will only be contacting SOI that our might be a good fit and will arrange a meet and greet.
