She is worth the wait while we make sure she gets the complete care every kitten deserves before going home.<br/><br/>Before going home, she will receive a complete veterinary workup, including a vet exam, spay, all 3 FVRCP vaccines, rabies vaccine at 13 weeks of age, an individual FeLV/FIV SNAP test, fecal analysis, deworming, and microchip.<br/><br/>By the time she goes home, her initial kitten vetting will be complete, so her adopter should not need to schedule additional routine kitten vet visits right away.<br/><br/>Kittens thrive with companionship, so we strongly encourage adopting kittens in pairs, especially if there is not already a young, playful cat in the home.<br/><br/>Please read the application carefully. Potential adopters must complete an adoption application, which is reviewed by our team. We conduct a veterinary reference check and a phone interview to discuss the adopter’s experience, lifestyle, and expectations. We also require a virtual home check by video to ensure the home is safe and appropriate for the pet. If the applicant rents their home, we require a copy of the lease or written landlord approval showing that pets are permitted. Our goal is to place each animal in the best possible forever home.
