Meet Brad
Hello, I’m Brad! I am around 12 - 14 years old and I was brought to HSJC when my owner went into memory care.
I had a hard time transitioning to shelter life when I was first brought to HSJC, hiding and hissing for the first few days. It’s thought that I lived in a very quiet home with one or two lower energy people, so the noise and commotion of the shelter was a big adjustment for me. Once I was moved to a quieter area, my personality came out and everyone has been able to see what a sweet guy I am. I love a nice, cozy bed in a quiet, peaceful space.
In my previous home I had been declawed on my front paws only which makes me a strictly indoor cat, as I can’t defend myself from predators outside. I would likely do fine with other animals in the house who have a similar mellow temperament to me.
I am neutered, up to date on my FVRCP and rabies vaccine, and have been micro-chipped too. My adoption fee is $50
