Blast’s Story <br/><br/>Looking for a gentle companion who just needs a little time to show you how wonderful he is? Meet Blast.<br/><br/>Blast is a stunning smoke Ragdoll with beautiful blue eyes, estimated to be about 5–7 years old. But his handsome looks are only the beginning—Blast has an equally lovely personality.<br/><br/>He can be a little shy when he first meets someone, but give him a little time and his affectionate nature begins to shine. Once Blast decides you are his person, he wants to be part of your life. He loves to sleep with you, eat with you, follow you around the house, and simply enjoy being near you. He is the kind of cat who can quietly become your constant companion.<br/><br/>Blast is currently fostered with both cats and dogs and does well with them, so he could fit beautifully into many different kinds of homes. Because he is a gentler, somewhat reserved boy, we think he would be happiest in a calmer home rather than a very loud or hectic household.<br/><br/>Blast does have mild stomatitis, a condition we have considerable experience managing at Merlin’s Hope. Good dental care is important for him, and we are happy to share what we have learned with his adopter. We hope this relatively small consideration won’t cause someone to overlook what an exceptional companion he is.<br/><br/>What Blast really needs is someone who will give him that little bit of time at the beginning to feel comfortable. In return, you may find a beautiful blue-eyed boy sleeping beside you at night and following you through the house during the day.<br/><br/>Blast doesn’t need the busiest home.
