Blackberry

Hello, I'm Blackberry!

Six and a half years ago, I was found in a barn with my sister Sky, and we were brought into Big Lake Humane Society. At first, we were shy around people, but after a while, we blossomed into the sweet social kitties we are today. We were adopted pretty quickly, but after several amazing years with our owner, he had to return us due to unexpected life changes that made keeping us nearly impossible. He was very sad to have to surrender us, and we miss him, his kids, and his dog very much. We hope to stay together for the rest of our lives, as we are a bonded pair. While we have grown to be more social since kittenhood, we still don't trust new people or new environments when first introduced to them, so you may need to meet with us several times, or better yet, foster us, before having the privilege of seeing us in our happiest, most relaxed states.

If you're interested in adopting me, please submit an application at https://biglakehumane.org/adoption-process-application/

****Please note that some other pet adoption sites may not update their listings promptly after an animal is adopted, or they might not reflect new intakes, all animals in our care, or updates to each animal's bio.
