He will chase toys and bring them back to you for endless rounds of fetch. Billy thrives on being with his people so he would do best in a home where his person/people are home often. Billy is a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to lots of commotion, so a home without children or other pets would be ideal for him.He had a history of urinary blockages and had a perineal urethrostomy procedure done. Billy also has a minor heart condition. He does not require medication at this time, but this condition should be monitored.
