Billy is a funny and affectionate character! He wants all the attention and to be close to his human always. He doesn't seem to care for the other cats around him, so, we feel he would do ok as an only cat with lots of human love or with other young kitties in the home . We feel he would do well with children, as he loves to be picked up and played with. He's very chatty and affectionate. He is just a hilarious guy!
