Meet Billy
Billy is a chatty, head butting, biscuit-making lap cat with soft, medium length fur. He is a pleasure to pet while he sits lovingly on your lap for as long as he is welcome. In the morning, he prefers pets to food and will enthusiastically jump onto your lap for love before breakfast. His favorite toys are his cat dancer and  laser pointer.Â
Billy was rescued with severe burns to his feet (he is 100% healed) Â and throughout his recovery he purred and cooperated like the perfect cat that he is.
